Laundry actually is all around us.

This years Christmas rush gave us some terrific stories. Stories that will make you laugh, make you cry and change your life. This blog will consist of true stories, funny one liners, and more than enough pop culture references.

It’s no secret that the Christmas school holidays are the busiest time of year for everyone. Everyone’s getting in the festive holiday spirit, all of the laundrette team are drowning in laundry but remarkably getting through it all, and the radio plays “Love is all around” (which isn’t as great as Christmas is all around us”). And in that moment, as I was ironing the white sheet, I had the sudden need to out-sing the radio, at the top of my lungs.

There I was mid song, yelling at the top of my lungs the correct lyrics to the song. Millions of fans are cheering my name, and I’ve somehow ended up on the table with a spray bottle in my hands as microphone, I’ve sold out a world tour, Stevie Nicks has asked me to write her a song . And I thought to myself “Bill Nighy look out, I am taking over”.  Everything was great, customers loved me, the table was still standing - that was until I woke up from my day dream and the song ended
